About the Event

Let's "TACO 'BOUT" Low Cost, Zero Waste Cooking!

We're cooking up something special. Join our online workshop and participate side-by-side with professional chef, Scott Quinn, self-titled "The No Waste Chef," while we prepare a nutritious meal that helps fight poverty within our community.

What's on the menu? We believe that Cauliflower Tacos check all the boxes: plant-based, colorful, and easy to modify if needed. It's budget-friendly and simple enough for a wide variety of culinary skills. It's a win/win on many levels!
