About the Event
Indigenous Wisdom and Lessons from Nature will feature speaker Ted Hibbeler, a member of the Iron Shell family from the Rosebud Sioux Nation. Ted has decades of experience in education, and currently serves as the Tribal Extension Educator for the extension division of UNL. He works with Nebraska Tribal communities at all levels of education in the areas of food sustainability, economic development, career development, conservation and leadership.
We will also have a presentation on recent extreme weather events and climate change by Rev. Penny Greer, Nebraska IPL board president and exciting and entertaining music from gifted performers.Follow us on Facebook for event details.
