This workshop is for the nature lover and green hearts. We will take time for community and connection, light yoga, tea time and a sunset bonfire. You will also take quiet time to explore the magical space that is Rock Creek ReTreet Center, just minutes outside Lincoln, NE.

About the Event
Discover your inner healer and connect with your unique magic that only you bring to the world. Spending time in nature we can listen to our hearts and be guided by our own intuition. I will offer you time to connect and time to retreat. The purchase of a ticket includes snacks, tea, and a light soup and bread supper around a bonfire. Also a small journal I will give you to record your thoughts, art and creative inspiration for the day. This is a smaller workshop so we can connect and share. I will take time for each person to do a 3 card insight reading to create your unique self care routine or yoga flow. Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, blanket, bug spray and layered clothes for late September.
